Step 1: Consultation and Treatment Plan
Our journey began two weeks prior to the treatment with a comprehensive consultation. This initial step is crucial for understanding your aesthetic goals and facial anatomy. - Sculptra Injectable: One vial of Sculptra was strategically injected in the lateral areas of the face, including:
- Preauricular region (delicate skin in front of the ear that often thins with age)
- Lateral cheeks
- Temples

Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) filler that works by gradually stimulating your body’s natural collagen production over time. This new collagen provides a scaffolding effect, leading to significant benefits:

Step 3: Addressing Early Jowling for a Defined Jawline
Next, we focused on the pre-jowl sulcus, the area where volume loss can lead to the development of jowls. Using a precisely placed syringe of dermal filler, we added subtle volume to this region to achieve:

To further enhance skin tightening and tone, we strategically placed smooth PDO threads in the submental area (under the chin).
