Hi, my name is Robin. I am a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Certified Aromatherapist in Medicinal Aromatics! At the age of 19 I found myself enthralled with learning and implementing a fully holistic lifestyle. I started learning, researching, and practicing naturopathic modalities early on and spent much of my time reading about herbs, juicing, using essential oils, learning homeopathic remedies, nutrition, and holistic interventions so that I could enjoy the results of an alternative lifestyle! In 2007 I made the choice to become licensed in massage therapy, where I attended Pheonix Holistic School of Massage. My next venture was to begin incorporating therapeutic grade essential oils into my practice and after much research and use of many brands, I solidified my partnership with Young Living Essential Oils. Later I obtained my certification in Medicinal Aromatics from the School of Aromatics. I set my intentions on elevating my clients’ experience with customized therapeutic approaches to their wellness plan. In 2017 I committed to deepening my personal practice in yoga, by becoming a Certified Yoga instructor. My goal was not only to “give a person a fish, but to teach them how to fish”.
To say the least, my mission continued and I started down a path to integrate therapeutic and functional medicine by beginning the journey of becoming a Registered Nurse. I LOVED that nursing is holistic care in nature and in December of 2019 I graduated and became licensed as a Registered nurse. Just in time for the COVID-19 crisis. I quickly answered the call of duty and found a way to thrive in a very difficult situation for our Nation! This experienced allowed me to achieve a comprehensive understanding of patients and how to care for many illnesses. I gained experienced in a variety of health concerns that people face every day. My compassion grew, and in the back of my heart and mind, I knew I wanted to open my own clinic so that I could deliver unforgettable service, attention, and care for people in a variety of ways. My interests in the Aesthetics Industry became insatiable when I turned my attention and priority to self-care. From there, I attended training at National Laser Institute with plans for opening LifeTime Integrative Therapies LLC. I have since shorten the name and added my aesthetics practice. Introducing – LIT & Aesthetics.
I’ve spent several years planning a space where I could integrate awareness to the mind, body, and spirit connection, all while helping countless people on their wellness journey to brighten their light and bring their best self forward.
My calling became CLEAR! To create a new way to care for others and help them reach their goals inside and out!
LIT & Aesthetics is the birth place of a NEW YOU. My own journey of seeking my best self has led me to bring these services and products straight to you!
I’ve studied tirelessly gaining certifications in healing modalities, and licensure in conventional healthcare. I have Bachelors in Science of Nursing and am seeking my Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Lifelong learning is ingrained in my DNA and that’s why I continue to research and seek out knowledge that will help me become the go-to provider for you!

Hi, I’m Renee! I’ve been a licensed esthetician for over 5 years, and my journey began in a day spa where I fell in love with creating luxurious, rejuvenating experiences for clients. Over time, my passion for skin health led me into the world of medical aesthetics, where I discovered the perfect balance of science and self-care. I’m excited to bring this to LIT, blending advanced treatments with the luxury touches I’ve always loved—so every client leaves not only with visible results, but also with that refreshed, glowing “just pampered” feeling.
What lights me up most is seeing the transformation that happens—not just in someone’s skin, but in their confidence. Helping clients feel beautiful, cared for, and more like themselves is why I love what I do.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you can usually find me exploring new places, trying new foods I’ve never had before, or spending quality time with my family!
